Delivery & Return

For Wallpaper Customization, After approval of preview looks we will print and dispatch the order within 2-3 days in India upon receipt of payment and design confirmation. For ready material we will dispatch within 48 hours(exceptions of holidays). All orders made after 2 pm IST will be processed the following day. Delivery Time 5 to 15 Days Approx. 

Quality & Installation

Once we’ve finished our quality checks, we carefully and securely pack your wallpaper in rigid cardboard tubes. We also include a set of hanging instructions to guide you through the install, but feel free to get in touch if you need any help. 

Return Policy

Our expert production team conduct rigorous quality checks on each and every strip of paper and we will not let anything leave our HQ if we are not 100% confident that it’s perfect for you.

If there is a problem with your wallpaper, simply contact our friendly team, and we will sort it out for you right away. To help us solve the problem quicker, we will ask you to send through some photos of your wallpaper to work out whether we need to send a courier to collect your wallpaper. Once we have established the problem, we will send a replacement wallpaper to you on fast track delivery. Please note that we will need to know about the problem within 2 days after delivery to offer a replacement mural.

Our wallpapers are ‘made to measure’ and unique for each wall, therefore no two are the same. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of wallpapers due to a change of plan, or after they are installed, as we cannot reuse it.

Measurements

Measuring your wall is easier than you think. All we need is the width and height of the wall at the longest and widest possible points. See the drawings below to get you started and don’t forget, we’re always here if you need us.
